Part 2 - Learning Python with pi-top: Data Structures

Welcome to session two of our Learning Python with the pi-top series! In this session, we’ll give you an example workflow for how to talk about and teach data structures to your students. We’ll start with a Scratch example on creating lists, and then we’ll move into suggested pi-topCODER worksheets. Finally, we’ll wrap up with a great example using IDLE. This is a session you won't want to miss!

This session will review the Flash content that will automaically convert in newer versions of SMART and provide some alternatives for creating engaging activtiies using SMART lab that provide a more relaiable and engaging experience with using SMART Notebook. Flash activities and items have historically been a part of SMART Notebook and SMART Learning Suite. Over the past 3 years, SMART has been slowly moving away from Flash and converting interactives to HTML 5, which is a more robust and relaible technology.
